Acceptable use policy
These rules help protect customers, infrastructure and the wider internet.
Prohibited activity
You must not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive or abusive activity; infringement of rights; harassment or threats; phishing; malware; credential theft; unauthorised access; denial-of-service activity; or attempts to bypass security, access or resource controls.
Content
You must have the rights and permissions required for content you host or distribute. Content must not be illegal, exploitative, malicious or designed to facilitate harm. We may act on valid legal notices and may require evidence of authority or consent.
Email and messaging
Do not send spam, use purchased or unlawfully obtained lists, obscure sender identity, operate open relays or continue messaging recipients who have opted out. Bulk or automated sending must comply with applicable privacy and marketing law and any plan limits.
Security
You must keep applications, plugins and credentials secure; promptly address known vulnerabilities; and tell us if an account or service may be compromised. Do not perform security testing against systems you do not own or lack explicit permission to test.
Resource and fair use
Use must remain consistent with the purchased service and shared-platform operation. Persistent CPU, memory, storage, database, inode, network or mail usage that degrades the platform or affects other customers may require remediation, restriction or migration to a more suitable service.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected abuse and preserve or disclose information where legally required. Depending on severity and urgency, we may warn, restrict, quarantine, suspend or terminate the affected service. Immediate action may be necessary to contain malware, fraud, attacks or risk to others.
Reporting concerns
Report suspected abuse through the contact page with the domain, relevant URLs, timestamps and supporting information. Do not include secret credentials.
